As we continue to bring new products to the market, we are looking to bring on board OEM Sales Manager to lead the relations with our automotive customers.

**Purpose of the Role**:
The OEM Sales managers at Rhino Rack’s purpose is to realign the Automotive OEM Strategy for Sales and New Business Development

Evolve Current relationships for new product alignment and development



You will do this by;
Day-to-Day Account Management of key OEM automotive customers
Liaison with GM of Sales & Marketing on new business and commercial matters
Research and identification of new business opportunities, including liaison with external government agencies
Meet with external stakeholders on new business / program / sales opportunities.
Primary Point-of-Contact for assigned customer accounts
Develop an nurture existing relationship with key customer stakeholders
Ensuring the timely delivery of solutions according to the customer's needs and objectives
Clear communication of key account metrics
Liaison with the customer and internal teams
Ensuring the customer is kept satisfied and deliver exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
Monitor the progress of weekly / monthly sales
Process and confirm Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
Explore opportunities for increased sales and new product offerings
Explore opportunities for on-boarding of new customers
Reach out to cold and warm leads for new sales opportunities
Co-ordinate sales efforts with colleagues and internal team members

**Skills and Experiences**:
Requirements and skills
- 2+ plus years in a similar role withing the Automotive Industry is highly desired

Experience in New Business Building
Account Management Experience
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with all levels of internal and external partnerships
