**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team to guide and support our human resources capability across KRSP Pty Ltd.

Previous experience in the construction sector will be advantageous.

The Human Resources Manager will oversee the delivery of high standard human resources service across KRSP Pty Ltd and offers the successful incumbent a good mix of generalists hands-on and strategic functions.

The role will be based either in our Perth office (Cottesloe) or our Broome office and will require regular travel to affiliated businesses which are in Cottesloe and Broome.

**Responsibilities will include** (but not limited to)
- Leading the delivery of human resources services through partnering and developing strong relationships with managers and employees
- Delivery of a full range of HR functions including, onboarding, performance management, remuneration and employee relations.
- Maintain and further develop fit for purpose policies and practices throughout the organisation to ensure legislative compliance and contemporary standards.
- Leading investigations and manage workplace dispute resolution, grievances and other matters
- Facilitating the mobilisation process for new employees, ensuring that they are well informed and fully prepared.
- Prepare and maintain organisational charts.
- Preparation of employment offers and other relevant employee communication.
- Monitor and develop strategies in response to movements in the labour market.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation in order to identify human resource needs and provide effective human resources solutions.
- Provide specialist HR and employee relations guidance and mentoring support to managers and supervisors.
- Manage the Company’s apprenticeship obligations.
- Working closely with payroll to ensure that payment are aligned with employment terms and legislation.
- Remain abreast of the changing industrial landscape and advise the organisation as required.
- Timely reporting to the executive management team.

**To be considered, applicants will present the following skills and experience as a minimum**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- Recent and relevant experience as a Senior HR professional within a medium sized organisation along with experience in employee relations and delivery of generalist HR services.
- Experience with trades, construction and manufacturing sectors will be highly regarded.
- Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with diverse groups and communicate effectively.
