**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
- Provide prompt resolution of issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimise system performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
- Act as first level back-up support for UKG Kronos

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a HR/Payroll business operations or system support role
- Experienced in SuccessFactors as a Success Factors System Administrator (EC/ECP/Onboarding/Recruitment)
- SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors module(s) or “SFX” administrator certification desired but not essential
- Excellent hands-on configuration experience and in-depth technical skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to communicate to technical teams regarding functionality to develop project scopes and deliverables
