The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as an HRIS Business Analyst based in Pyrmont 2009.

You will be responsible for effectively managing Veolia's HRIS (SuccessFactors) to ensure optimal function of the system processes and data for accurate and efficient workforce management.

What you'll be responsible for

• Collaborating with organisational teams across various departments to identify needs and areas of improvement
• Developing and implementing new HRIS strategies and workflows to enhance HR processes
• Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality of employee information
• Conducting data analysis and creating dashboards to track key performance metrics and identify trends
• Identifying potential risks and proposing strategies to mitigate them in HRIS processes and data management.
• Partner with the Technical System Administrator for system upgrades, testing and process changes and support the Payroll function in reviewing and correcting personnel data records
• Developing and delivering training programs for HRIS users
• Advising organisational leaders on best practices and trends in HR technology and data analytics

What you'll need to be successful

• Strong background and understanding of SuccessFactors (HRCM) (essential)
• Extensive experience in working in a HRIS (essential)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience in the Google suite (desired)
• Adaptability to fastpaced and changing environments
• Organised with demonstrated time management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to propose simple and effective solutions
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders
