As a Clover Health Training and Development Coach, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within an organization. You will work closely with management and HR to identify training needs, develop customized training plans, and deliver engaging learning experiences. Additionally, you will provide coaching and support to employees to foster continuous learning and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with management and HR to assess training needs and develop training strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Design and develop training programs, modules, and materials tailored to meet specific learning objectives and target audiences.
- Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, including presentations, group discussions, role-playing, and hands-on activities.
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and participant evaluations.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development goals and address performance gaps.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative training methods to continuously improve training programs and delivery techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and program evaluations for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on professional development opportunities, career paths, and skill enhancement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization by promoting the value of ongoing training and self-improvement.

Requirements:
Must have 5 years experiences as a Training and Development Coach

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
