**To be successful you will need**:

- Understanding of the University sector and of related structures and processes in a research-oriented field.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support, including servicing committees and taking minutes.
- Demonstrated capacity to evaluate and interpret complex rules, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated reliability in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Ability to use initiative and judgement, instigate and undertake tasks with minimum supervision and work effectively both independently and as a team member.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritise competing demands and maintain work accuracy and attention to detail in a pressured environment.
