**Job Description**:
CTA (SCTA) provides administrative support to Clinical Operations Department including;
- Organize Clinical Operations department meeting/teleconference
- Write meeting minutes, if required
- Maintain department files
- Update department trackers
- Assist in preparing/update clinical trial related tracking/slides
- Assist in clinical trial related printing, shipment, contract signature and all the administrative work
- (For SCTA only) to oversee and mentor junior CTA, if required
- Fluent in English (both in speaking and writing)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Over 3 years administrative experience (SCTA only)
- Full working rights in Australia (Citizen or PR)
