Job Description:

CTA (SCTA) provides administrative support to Clinical Operations Department including;

  • Organize Clinical Operations department meeting/teleconference
  • Write meeting minutes, if required
  • Maintain department files
  • Update department trackers
  • Assist in preparing/update clinical trial related tracking/slides
  • Assist in clinical trial related printing, shipment, contract signature and all the administrative work
- (For SCTA only) to oversee and mentor junior CTA, if required

  • Fluent in English (both in speaking and writing)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Over 3 years administrative experience (SCTA only)
  • Full working rights in Australia (Citizen or PR)
