**The Role**
Our Client requires a SFIA 4 Data Specialist - Supply Chain Management with strong domain knowledge in SAP S4HANA Supply Chain with strong domain related SAP S/4HANA Data conversion, analytical and testing skills, including an ability to understand and connect complex business processes and data requirements to project outcomes.

The resource must have in depth SAP ERP Specialist knowledge to actively undertake stream based activities, provide expert advice and guidance, including a current demonstrated ability to resolve data conversion issues in a complex system and business environment. The resource will support the Delivery Lead to assure and govern Delivery Partners activities ensuring alignment and adoption of ERP implementation best practices to enable optimal fit for purpose outcomes for the organisation.

The responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Undertake data conversion activities with the objective of achieving a fit for purpose ERP S/4 solution in accordance with defined scope, schedule and business capability expectations
- Leveraging ERP SAP data conversion and data management implementation best practices experience
- Govern activities of Delivery Partners work, including data related issues, risks, dependencies and defect management to ensure data conversion activities are aligned to ERP methodologies
- Support alignment of ERP methodologies, tools and approach to ensure fit for purpose remediated legacy system and constructed data - conversion approach
- Support the Future Tranche planning activities, including early and in phase scoping, to deliver capability outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and optimisation.
- Knowledge transfer and demonstrate initiative and on occasion taking responsibilities for non-standard solution release related tasks.

**About You**
- 5+ years data conversion specialist SAP experience within the related domain, including SAP solution experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or SAP ECC6 Modules.
- Strong data related skills including experience in analysing complex issues, combined with the ability to constructively engage with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Experience with a proven track record of success supporting, designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems within the related domain.
- Demonstrated understanding of SAP Best Practice data conversion and optimised SAP solution design from an end user perspective as well understanding of best practice design and architecture that optimizes the end user experience
- Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills, including engagement and conflict management with the ability to think laterally and take the initiative to drive activities to completion.
