Kids Capers Childcare has been in the northside community for over 16 years and has a strong Leadership team leading our mentor program for Educators to grow and learn all aspects of the centres.

**The role**
We are looking to passionate Educators who will work in collaboration with children, families, Educators, Management and the community to provide a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment for every child.

We want every child to be supported by learning through play, Educators to be in tune with and meeting the needs of every child and contribute to planning for and documenting their learning.

**Educator requirements -**
- Certificate lll or ACECQA recognised Diploma qualifications, or be willing to study
- Valid Paid Blue Card, or willing to obtain
- Current approved First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certificate.
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Here at Kids Capers Childcare, we are a family owned and operated business, dedicated to providing children with a safe and supportive environment. Our vision first began in 2003 in North Brisbane and has since expanded to the Sunshine Coast with a total of 10 beautiful centres.

Our centres are purposefully built-in communities to incorporate the natural environments for children’s learning and development.
