**EOI - Manager Community Corrections - Long Bay Parole Unit (Clerk Grade 11/12)**

Expressions of interest are invited for the temporary role of Manager Community Corrections - Long Bay Parole Unit. The position is available for approximately 12 months commencing **6 February 2023**.

Long Bay Parole Unit is a multi-disciplinary team who work to support offenders’ reintegration to the community. They provide reports to sentencing and releasing authorities and work with all offenders to successfully transition to the community. Long Bay Parole Unit provides a service to two large and complex Correctional Centres and includes significant stakeholder relationships to support successful outcomes.

The Manager leads and supports the team to achieve these outcomes in a complex environment to provide quality service to offenders, the community and stakeholders. The Manager values team work to achieve operational and strategic outcomes that lead to high performance outcomes stemming from quality case management.

The Manager is a member of the Metro East Leadership team and supports the district achieving strategic goals and outcomes.
