**Overview**

The role of the Fleet and Administration officer is to work across VALS and support the overall function of VALS Fleet and rostering of pool cars. This position also assists and supports VALS in ensuring Building Maintenance, Administration duties and Security are adequately maintained. This position will support the Office Manager where required.
- **Office Location: 273 High Street Preston**_
- **This role is full time fixed term until 30th of June 2025**_

**Key Responsibilities**

**Fleet Maintenance**
- Fleet Rostering on a weekly bases
- Maintenance of the fleet - cleaning, repairs, servicing ect.
- Assist Finance Team with collecting and entering information for the Fringe benefits tax
- Co-ordinate insurance claims (accidents and theft

**Building Maintenance**
- Seek quotes for building repairs and replacements
- Act as a point of contact for trades and services performed at VALS
- Emergency contact in an event of emergency incident
- Contact point for VALS cleaners

**Security**
- Issue building access cards for VALS Staff and contractors
- Monitor & report any or actual breaches at VALS Officers

**Administrative Tasks**
- Responsible for office supply ordering
- Assist with searching of files
- Assist with organising team meetings

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:
On offer of this position, you must provide:

- Copy of your current **Employee Working with Children Card**.
- You will be required to complete a current **Criminal History Police Check**.
- Up to date **vaccination certificate **or **valid medical exemption**:

- **Proof of rights to work in Australia**, i.e., a copy of an Australian Passport, Birth Certificate, or Immigration VISA documentation
- **Current valid Australian Driver’s License**
