About the role
- The purpose of this position is to develop, implement and manage a framework and methodology for service wide strategic asset management in so far as it relates to land, buildings and infrastructure.
- The post holder will provide expert, technical and risk advice to the Metro North Health (MNH) Executive, Directors, and staff to ensure that asset management is aligned to business goals, service planning and corporate direction. This includes monitoring, evaluating, advising, and continually improving the asset performance.

- Experience and understanding of long-term asset planning, understanding of quality and asset management systems.
- Experience and understanding of asset performance monitoring and reporting.
- Project development, delivery and change management skills.
- Leadership in Health Safety and Risk management.
- Stakeholder communication and engagement.
