Our Geelong team has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Team Administrator to join the team as the go to person for providing administrative and operational support. In this role, you will bring your people focused skills including stakeholder management and relationship building, as well as your ability to proactively support the needs of the Director and team. As a key member of the team, you will be providing support and coordination with all things office and administration related.

**The Receptionist/Team Administrator is responsible for**:

- Front office duties including answering calls, greeting clients, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supporting the team with booking meetings, meeting room management, catering etc.
- Preparation of meetings - gathering documents, sending reminders, and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Prepare documents, presentations and reports as directed by the team.
- Client management including onboarding and offboarding of clients.
- Support in monthly billing.
- Assisting with coordination of events, travel, and training.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and is always presented well including meeting room management, kitchens, stock supplies, arrange workstations for new joiners etc. Supporting the Office Manager with building management for tenancy issues and handle all facility management for the office.**Our ideal new team member will have**:
