**THE ROLE**:
We are currently looking for an **Assistant Property Manager** to join our established Property Management Team at our Chermside agency**. **You will utilise the latest Real Estate technology and will be fully trained in the Our Property software. You will also be one of many friendly faces that meet our clients out on the field for routine inspections, valuations, and any other appointments, as necessary.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Handling minor complaints from clients and assist the property manager in resolving them
- Communicating effectively and promptly with owners and tenants
- Performing routine inspections and maintenance, with accurate and detailed reports

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Excellent and proven customer service skills,
- Holds a current Queensland Real Estate registration,
- Experience in the Real Estate industry,
- Own a reliable car & current drivers license.
