Your Responsibilities will include:

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Company PCs and Laptops
- Performing routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and networks;
- Documenting and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles;
- Maintenance of hardware and software inventory, ensuring that all assets are properly accounted for

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience within an IT support
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office365, and networking technologies (Aruba Networks Switches and Access Points)
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Azure, Veeam backup and replication and Aruba Networks of products.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
