To achieve this, we are looking for a talented Business Manager who can help us elevate our agile capabilities and streamline our project management processes.

Role and Responsibilities: As the Agile Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the adoption of agile processes, performance and standards throughout our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Agile Transformation: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute agile transformation strategies. You will be instrumental in creating a culture of agility, encouraging iterative improvements, and fostering continuous learning.
- JIRA Standards Implementation: Leveraging your extensive background in agile delivery and JIRA expertise, you will establish and implement new JIRA standards to optimize project tracking, issue management, and team collaboration.
- Coaching and Training: Providing guidance and support to team members at all levels, from executives to individual contributors, to help them embrace agile principles and methodologies effectively.
- Process Enhancement: Identifying areas for process improvement and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity, collaboration, and overall project success.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing agile metrics to assess performance and identify areas for refinement, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in delivery & digital transformation with a track record of successfully leading agile transformations and JIRA implementations.
- Strong background in agile delivery methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and a deep understanding of agile principles and values.
- Expertise in JIRA administration and customization, enabling you to create tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of our teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- A passion for mentoring and empowering teams, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering value to the organization.
