**Part-time hours: 9.00 - 3.30pm Mon-Fri**

Clipex began from a strong desire to help people and find an easier way for farmers. An idea that started in 2007 grew to become a world leading fencing and stockyard system that is still family owned and run today. More than just fencing, Clipex now provides a range of systems and products that help rural Australians and people around the globe every day, and it continues to grow rapidly. Clipex is making significant advances in animal handling and permanent yard systems. This role will operate from the Forrestfield office.

**About the role**

This is a diverse role that will include the following key responsibilities:

- Customer service centre activities - order delivery scheduling (logistics), phones, product enquiries, account enquiries, payments
- Sales activities - discussing product information with customers, managing smaller quotes, sales order processing
- Inventory - cycle counts, inventory identification, checking on inbound inventory
- Strong admin and customer service experience
- Experience in a similar role ideal - or an ability to undertake a diverse range of functions
- Experience with or understanding of scheduling/logistics ideal
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to develop & maintain relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers & customers
- Ability to use office computer systems and pick up new systems quickly
- Understanding of rural Australia and ability to quickly learn our products and services
- A positive, energetic personality
