- **Event Maestro**:Be the architect of unforgettable end-of-year staff functions.
- **Training Maven**:Coordinate specific staff training, including First Aid Course bookings.
- **Payroll Prowess**:Be the guardian of weekly payroll data, ensuring accurate tabulation.
- **Financial Savvy**:Collect and collate invoices and petty cash receipts for our esteemed Accounts Payable.
- **Master of Claims and Declarations**:Prepare progress claims, Statutory Declarations, and Accounts Receivable invoices.
- **Meeting Maestro**: Transform meeting minutes into symphonies and ensure their harmonious distribution.
- **Office Oasis**:Manage the oasis of office consumables purchasing (Stationery, Printer inks, Copy paper, etc.).
- **Project Prodigy**:Update and issue company management plans for current projects.
- **Digital Dynamo**:Keep our online presence vibrant by updating the company website with new project entries.

**What We Seek**:

- Prior experience in administrative roles that showcase your organisational finesse.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Castle Hill, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 4 years (preferred)
- Administration: 4 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
