**About the Role**
Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Contact Centre Officer to join their team in assisting with customer queries that come through and be the front-facing advocates for the organisation. You will be required to use SAP and Outlook and will be provided with thorough training around these systems upon commencement.

Day-to-day duties:

- Answering customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining consistent communication with different areas of the business
- Ensuring safety, health and environment standards are maintained

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based customer service role is essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to chat to lots of different partners and clients
- Must be comfortable with coming into the new offices in Silverwater 5-6 days a week
- Previous construction or building materials experience highly desirable

**Terms**
- 6 month initial contract/temp role with potential to extend or convert to perm
- 100% on-site in the Silverwater office (5-6 days per week depending on roster)
- Flexible hours (must cover a significant portion of core business hours however you may start early and finish early/start late and finish late)
- Monday - Saturday rotating roster. Approximately 8 hours per day on average unless more is required to cover the team (in which case you will receive sufficient notice and be paid overtime).

**Rates**: Monday - Friday $31.50 per hour

Saturday $47.25 for the first 2 hours & $63 for every hour after that

Weekday overtime hours will pay $47.25 for the first 2 hours of overtime & $63 for ever hour after that
