**Telesales/booking consultant & Sales - Photographic Industry**

**Located in Port Melbourne**

**Permanent Part Time - 7 hours per day/2-4 days per week - ideal for mums**

Join our fun-filled Studio where we create and capture amazing photographs of families, couples, children, and pets.

Your proven experience within a telesales or customer service environment will assist you to build rapport with your clients from their first communication with you to plan their photo shoot, right through to viewing their photos and assisting to create wall art and portfolios.

You will be responsible for maintaining the client relationship from their first introduction to the studio, communicating with the photographer to tailor the shoot, and exciting the client to attend their purchasing appointment.

Your high level of rapport building skills will ensure that clients are able to express what they would like from a photographic shoot and they are able to visualize inspiring, artistic photos that capture the essence of who they really are.

We are looking for dedicated people that can commit to 14-21 hours per week.

**Position Description**

Your job will be to look after the portrait side of the business, generate leads, retouch and book in appointments and achieve the targets we set. You will be actively seeking different avenues to gain leads and shoots as well as booking in those leads that come through the studio already.

You will be responsible for all the proofing, retouching and backing up of all ,shoots that come through the studio.

The admin entails tasks such as but not limited to sending letters, answering calls, confirming and making appointments and shoots, filing and keeping the studio clean.

The sales consists of helping clients select photo create collections design albums and selt up payment plans.

The right person should treat this as more than a job and take some pride and ownership of the business and what we do. It is a traineeship in some respects and the right person will make it into a full time role through their hard work, practice and dedication.

There is potential for the right person to train in portrait photogrpahy with the view of you shooting your own jobs in the future.

**Salary**: From $31.00 per hour
