Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Working with an online Learning platform
Incoming and outgoing mail
General office duties including meeting preparation, scanning, printing, filing, cleaning, etc.
Administration tasks as required to support other team members
Invoicing clients

Exceptional telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong work ethic
Initiative, motivation and a proactive approach
Accuracy and attention to detail

Highly Regarded skills: Excellent time management skills - the ability to co-ordinate multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize your work load appropriately.
The ability to take ownership of a task, report back to senior staff and see it through to completion
Previous use of Vettrak and / or experience in Student Services would also be beneficial.
AGAIN Training will be provided

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $44,540.28 - $79,710.68 per year
