Peter Lehmann Wines requires the services of an experienced person to fulfil a new multifaceted role with a core focus on Purchasing and parts stock control and maintenance management program administration.

**Essential requirements**
- Strong focus on safety and efficient work systems
- Ability to prioritise work within a multifaceted role
- Ability to maintain our store and maintain spare parts stock. Including coding system
- Ability to work well within a team
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts and obtain quotations
- Create purchase orders
- Receipt goods
- Collate parts and materials from incoming deliveries and allocate to work orders
- Work closely with Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Trades to ensure parts are available for scheduled work

**Qualifications/ skills**
- Purchasing and store experience
- Excel experience
- MEX (or similar) maintenance management program experience
- Forklift licence
- Trade background an advantage
