Peter Lehmann Wines requires the services of an experienced person to fulfil a new multifaceted role with a core focus on Purchasing and parts stock control and maintenance management program administration.

• Strong focus on safety and efficient work systems
• Ability to prioritise work within a multifaceted role
• Ability to maintain our store and maintain spare parts stock. Including coding system
• Ability to work well within a team
• Liaise with suppliers to source parts and obtain quotations
• Create purchase orders
• Receipt goods
• Collate parts and materials from incoming deliveries and allocate to work orders
• Work closely with Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Trades to ensure parts are available for scheduled work

• Purchasing and store experience
• Excel experience
• MEX (or similar) maintenance management program experience
• Forklift licence
• Trade background an advantage
