**The role**

The Clinical Advisor provides clinical support, education, advice, and guidance to a team of Regional Home Support Assessors. As part of the Quality Team the Clinical Advisor also contributes to the continuous improvement of systems and processes to maximise the quality and efficiency of Assessments.

An experienced clinician, the Clinical Advisor will:

- Deliver clinical support to our Home Support Assessors, Reviews Team, and Customer Service Centre.
- Rapidly coordinate and resolve issues that impact on client assessment.
- Contribute to the identification, development, and delivery of education resources for Assessors and Customer Service Centre.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain supportive working relationships.
- Contribute to the implementation, review, and improvement of workflows.

**To be successful in this role**

You will offer a diverse background with a strong emphasis on quality assurance, whilst sharing your clinical knowledge will ensure you and the teams’ success.
- You will have:_
- Preferably 5+ years’ in aged care (or related health care)
- Experience as an ACAT assessor
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- High level communication skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Experience with stakeholder engagement
- Sound clinical judgement
