The opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Director Casino, this role is responsible for responsible for the data entry services for the division. The role specifically focuses on the data entry of inspections. This includes ensuring the administrative databases (LaGIS and TRIM) and filing systems are maintained as required and correspondence is effectively managed. The Data Entry Officer provides effective and efficient data entry support services to the Casino Team, Team Leaders and Inspectors. Daily responsibilities include organising files and collecting data to be entered into databases.

We are looking for someone who is detail focussed and has the flexibility to adapt to the current needs of the business unit. You should be able to provide support to the unit and have excellent written and verbal skills.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the data entry of inspection into LaGIS and Trim using Sharepoint model.
- Liaise with Team Leaders regarding work required for the respective teams.
- Provide general administration support when required.
- Maintain divisional administrative filing systems, including registering of internal and external documentation and filing.
