**Responsibilities**:

- The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and comprehensive product descriptions, including deminesions, shelf life, and cost analysis. They oversee compliance with packaging regulations and standards to ensure products meet legal requirement and are ready for market.
- The Product Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring product compliance for import into Australia and/or New Zealand, including navigating regulatory requirements and obtaining necessary certifications. They also oversee compliance of product labelling and GS1 barcodes specification, ensuring accurate labelling and barcode implementation and adherence to industry standards.
- Creating a compelling presentation deck is essential for showcasing products to potential buyers or stakeholders. The Product Manager crafts visually engaging and informative presentations that highlight key product features, benefits, and market potential to secure listings and partnerships.
- Once products are accepted for listing in supermarkets, the Product Manager ensures smooth logistics and inventory management. They coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to meet delivery timelines, maintain adequate stock levels, and fulfil promotional commitments, ensuring seamless product availability on shelves.
- The Product Mangaeer strategizes and recommends promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand visibility. They analyze market trends and consumer behavior to suggest optimal promotional periods and activities that maximise product exposure and profitability.
- Collaborating with the accounting team, the Product Manager assesses the profitability of products by analyzing costs, pricing strategies, and revenue projections. They track financial performance metrics, identify opportunities for cost optimization or revenue enhancement, and make data-informed recommendations to drive profitability and buisness growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
