Production Technician

**The Opportunity**

As the **Production/Process Technician,** you will join our Production team located in Sunshine west facility. You will be a key player in helping manufacture high-quality beauty supplement beverage aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The role involves hands-on weighing, mixing and operation of beverage production equipment to prepare our products for international distribution.

**Task**
- Weighing, drying and mixing of raw materials.
- Technical hands-on operation of beverage production equipment
- Checking, packing and labelling of final product
- Aseptically operation to inhibit micron growth of drink during production
- Monitoring acidity of product to keep long shelf life
- Completion of documentation including forms, reports, logs and records of equipment and batches according to Good Documentation Practices
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory environments including State Health, Office of Drug Control and Therapeutic Goods Administration
- Compliance with company’s quality policies, standard operating procedures, documentation, and management systems
- Maintaining receipt of all materials as per inventory system
- Clean in place (CIP) from batch to batch
- Cleaning and maintenance of facility and laboratory equipment and instruments
- Basic laboratory testing
- Other tasks assigned

- Are physically fit and enjoy a solid day’s work on their feet
- Experience in beverage production is **essential**:

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
