**_Service Desk Analyst_**
**_ The position_**
**_This role will be a full-time fixed term contract for 12 months._**
**_About you_**
You have a solid background in PC technology and end-user computing tools, with experience in IT Service Desk environments and ITIL processes. Your technical skills include intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, O365 apps, MS Teams, and system administration tools like Active Directory and Exchange. You are skilled at multitasking, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent customer service, even in challenging situations. Additionally, you have experience with incident management, problem resolution, and a focus on improving service delivery and efficiency. Knowledge of Cisco CUCM, Azure Virtual Desktop, and ServiceNow is a plus. Most importantly, you have a natural ability to provide excellent customer service.

**_Special requirements/Conditions_**
- Some work outside of normal business hours will be required, including participating in a roster
- Some overtime may be required out of normal business hours or on weekends, mainly for testing post Upgrades or rollouts
