**About the Business Intelligence Unit**

The Business Intelligence Unit is a team of twenty people responsible for leveraging data to provide valuable insights that support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient care.

**About the role**
- Manage a team of business intelligence developers to develop scorecards and reports in Fabric
- Contribute to timely strategic and business reporting at a whole of organisational level. This includes monthly board reports and CEO scorecards
- Provide business intelligence reporting to Austin Health on activity-based funding, including NWAU estimation
- Provide monitoring and reporting on the Department of Health Statement of Priorities

To be successful in this role, you'll bring with you:

- Extensive experience in management of analytical and reporting teams
- Demonstrable experience in data, reporting and analytical strategy design and delivery
- Experience with process improvement
- Microsoft Business Intelligence reporting suite experience
- Analytical & problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
