**About the role**
You will be expected to work with the Payroll and People & Culture as such will report to the Operations Manager. The incumbent of this position will be responsible for all personnel and payroll filing.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will:
- Maintain Personnel records in accordance with established procedures
- Electronically scan all paper-based Personnel records to the electronic filing system
- Maintain Payroll records in accordance with established procedures
- Distribute reports/statements and payslips to the appropriate Departments and staff
**Skills and experience**
You will have demonstrated:
- Ability to monitor, evaluate and modify own performance.
- Initiative, self-motivation and tact.
- A client centered focus with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a team member with ability to prioritize.
- Willingness to accept responsibility and work under limited direction.
- Ability to perform fundamental tasks on a computer.
