**We are looking for an experienced part-time Trade Service Representative to join our Brickworks® team at our Trade Centre in Horsley Park, NSW, located in the Oakdale Industrial Estate. The position involves working 28 hours per week, including weekends.**

**Reporting to the National Supply Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the development and growth of Brickworks Trade Centres as a front-line representative, delivering exceptional customer service through multiple channels combined with achieving sales and operational targets.**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, compliant with WHS policies.
- Drive high customer satisfaction and repeated purchases through positive engagements.
- Deliver a consultative sales process by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, stocktake, and scheduling customer deliveries.
- Handle merchandising duties, including pricing and promotion ticketing.
- Manage customer accounts to meet sales and profit targets and resolve issues.
- Perform store duties required for the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing, customer parking and trolley management and security in compliance with policies.
- Provide feedback for innovation or improvement to the Support Team.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Trade Centre operations team.
- Support Bricks, Masonry, and Roofing customers as directed by the Trade Centre Operations Team.

**Success Requirements**
- Experience across operational functions in a retail and/or trade store environment.
- Demonstrated management experience.
- Customer service experience in building products/hardware retail or trade environment.
- Strong knowledge of building products - bricks, masonry, roof tiles.
- Strong knowledge of accessory products used in the building trade, such as hand tools, cement etc.
- Proven track record achieving sales, growth, loss prevention, and safety objectives.
- Proficient skill using an ERP such as JD Edwards (JDE).
- Tertiary qualification in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Australian forklift Licence.
- Australian Drivers Licence.
