This position will see you provide excellent client service and administrative support to ensure effective and efficient delivery of health services to our executive client base at Ford Health’s nationally located medical centres. This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service while liaising with and booking our executive clients into their health assessments. Key to this role is effective liaison with the services, administration and medical teams to achieve our best level of integrated care for our clients to achieve their best outcomes in work and life.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Providing high level service to ensure client satisfaction with all services offered by Ford Health.
- Ensure medical centre is well presented to provide clients with an executive level experience
- Accurate and safe medical record management including scanning, importing data and distribution of electronic data files.
- Support the service delivery team including doctors and exercise physiologists to maximise their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Daily administration, invoicing and operational support to Medical and Health professionals.
- Excellent communication skills for booking clients for medical centre appointments, respond to medical centre enquiries and direct incoming enquiries to the relevant Ford Health staff member in a professional manner.
- Commitment to Ford Health Quality management ethos and process to ensure client confidentiality and privacy is maintained and high-quality services are delivered.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in corporate reception, administration or customer service position is favoured.
- Experience in an specialty medical practice ideal.
- Tertiary studies (ongoing or completed) in health, allied health, medical, or related fields are well suited.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
