About the role
The primary focus of the Asset Information Analyst is to support Parks Victoria in being a best practice and AMAF compliant asset manager.
The Asset Information Analyst supports the delivery of Asset management strategies and roadmaps, innovation and improvements. While being responsible for data analysis and spatial analysis using ArcGIS to support the PV Asset Management Program, including implementation and enhancements of the Asset Management Information System (AMIS), the High-Risk Assets Program or any other initiatives within the branch. The role provides level 1 support for the Parks Victoria's AMIS.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- A tertiary degree or relevant qualification in GIS, Asset Management or similar is preferable.
- Experienced in the use of GIS for spatial analysis and mapping (ArcGIS is desirable).
- Experienced in the administration of Enterprise Asset Management Systems (Maximo is preferred).
- Demonstrated level one and level two customer support experience in Enterprise Asset Management Systems (Maximo is preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to analyse highly complex issues and the possession of conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer focused.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Demonstrated ability to develop dashboard business reporting based on stakeholder and governance reporting framework requirements
