**About the Role**
Your key responsibilities will be providing administrative assistance and support to the CEO and the wider executive team as required. This will include;
- Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, doctors and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Drafting, reviewing and sending communications on behalf of executive(s)
- Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answering and responding to phone calls, communicating messages and information to the executive
- Managing personnel and doctor credentialing files
- Event management
You will also be involved in supporting a wide variety of administrative projects and functions for the executive team including but not limited to auditing, newsletters, licensing and maintaining employee documentation.
**About You**
**In order to succeed in this role you will possess the following**:
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Understanding of the importance to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information
- Effective customer relations management and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an understanding of key priorities
- Progressive attitude with initiative and lateral problem solving abilities
- Proficient keyboard and word processing skills including robust knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
- Minimum of three years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position
- Experience working in health services and/or using hospital mainframe systems (e.g. Meditech) is desirable but not essential

**How to apply**
