**Your new role**
In this role you will be the face of the company, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring that the office is in top condition. You’ll play a crucial role in managing the reception area and assisting with the maintenance of the office environment.
- Greet visitors and staff warmly, and direct them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries (as required).
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Coordinate with and manage office vendors and services, including cleaning staff and maintenance requests (as required).
- Coordinate visitor and access passes (as required).
- Assist with preparing and setting up for meetings, including space set-up and catering orders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Customer service attitude.
- Client centred work ethic.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Customer service attitude.
