**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Field requests for training and assess business needs through consultation.
- Coordinate with Managers, Trainers, Key account Managers, Service Managers and Customer contacts to ensure the contractual obligation to provide training is fulfilled.
- Keep records of communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive training calendar that includes confirmed bookings, and projected future bookings, and tracks trainer’s days of delivery and projected days of delivery.
- Source and secure materials and resources for training delivery.
- Work with the Training Department administrator and Apprentice Coordinator cooperatively to ensure critical functions are maintained through any leave or absences.
- Develop & implement strategic plans to improve performance, communication and reporting of training.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or project manager.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, managers, and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
