**About the role**

As a part of the Site Services Maintenance Team, you will conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs to infrastructure and facilities to ensure that they are safe, environmentally compliant, reliable, and operationally efficient.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring facilities are effective as per design and intended use and compliant to all applicable governmental and Newmont policies and regulations.
- Coordinate and execute scheduled maintenance programs as well as troubleshoot problems and make breakdown repairs on an ad-hoc basis.
- Function as a Leading Hand when coordinating and/or supervising service contractors engaged in the maintenance or repair of Boddington’s infrastructure.
- Comply with state and federal health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures, and the company's environmental compliance policy.

**About you**

You will be a motivated self-starter, with excellent time management and communication skills, experienced in planning and scheduling, use of SAP (or similar CMMS) and strong skills in Microsoft products. High risk licences with EWP, Forklift and Dogging endorsements a plus.
