You will be pivotal in supporting and enhancing the end-to-end employee experience, from attracting our new employees into the organisation to waving them goodbye, knowing they’ll reflect positively on their employment and become great advocates for the next generation of City employees.

Strong experience in HR (either generalist or a specific discipline), supported with a formal qualification in an HR-related discipline is essential for this role.

- Experience in one or more aspects of HR e.g. recruitment and attraction, learning and development, IR/ER, etc.

We are offering a gross salary of $87,585 - $94,072 per annum, dependant on skills and experience. But this job is so much more than the money.
