Osborne Park Kia & LDV is a diversified automotive retailing group with operations in the Perth Metropolitan area. With our assorted automotive brands, we cater for all customer requirements for small vehicles, performance vehicles, commercial vans, and utilities. Our customers are of the utmost importance to us and giving them the best customer service is paramount.
We’re looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our parts team, prior experience preferred but not essential. Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, this is a key role that works closely with the workshop/service, retail, trade customers and internal sales to ensure all parts are correctly identified, warehoused, and made available in an accurate and timely manner.
More specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for general parts interpretation
- Assist with serving technicians
- Undertaken general warehouse duties, inward /outward freight
- Handle inbound calls from retail and trade customers
- Serve customers on front counter
- Provide customers with product availability and information
- Develop and maintain great relationships with the customers
About you:
- General knowledge of automotive mechanics is desirable.
- Ability to remain courteous and resolution focussed.
- Demonstrated ability to work within and contribute to team outcomes.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to make a difference in a rapidly growing car dealership.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstratable willingness to learn new skills and programs.
- A current WA drivers’ licence.
