As the Manager Assessment you will work closely with an existing Manager Assessment to support the implementation and review of legislation and policy as well as set regulatory standards and compliance frameworks.
You will educate stakeholders and customers and raise awareness of impacts, obligations and regulatory approaches.

You will ensure the timely and lawful delivery of legislative assessments and approvals administered under legislation and work collaboratively across government and with industry and community groups to set appropriate standards and benchmarks to improve industry performance and regulation to reduce environmental risk and achieve best practice environmental management.

You will foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
