Transport Allocator

As the Transport Allocator, your primary objective is to ensure that HR Logix provides outstanding service levels to the customer for both on demand and permanent vehicle requirements. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will include:

- Manage all allocations & planning to HR Logix fleet and drivers
- Co-ordinate work with customers to provide quality service outcomes
- Co-ordinate driver's workloads in accordance with Standard, BFM and AFM systems and processes
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to manage the safety of all parties impacted by HR Logix.
- Ensuring driver's hours are in compliance with the NHVR standards
- Responsible for all drivers and to ensure they are managed well.
- Provide support and guidance
- Monitor driver performance, conduct meetings & toolboxes
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and well maintained, and meet both HR Logix & Client standards
- Qualifications - _To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Transport knowledge with experience in dispatching
- Scheduling/allocating experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Operations, CoR, Fatigue Management.
- Advanced understanding of load restraint
- Computer literacy skills - Google or Microsoft skills
- High attention to detail - critical thinking and logical reasoning.
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal. Customer service experience
- Australian Driver’s Licence
