We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a super-efficient sales and service focused individual to support the success of our Finance Team. The role will service Western Australia & its main agricultural regions and can be flexibly located.

**What we’ll love about you**:
Rural Finance Specialists form part of the Region Finance Team, who provide a valuable payment solution to the SME segment via our digital offering NPay, enabling growth of branch portfolios and ultimately helping local farmers maintain and grow their business. Rural Finance Specialists also provide product knowledge and relationship support to the Nutrien Ag Solutions network.

You will be in charge of all parts of the process from liaising with clients and risk assessment to facility set up, ensuring quality data is collected and appropriate risk analysis in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), Know Your Customer (KYC). Working in a high-volume environment, other responsibilities include:

- Regular visits / contact with branches within your dedicated territory to drive growth within our product
- Collaborating with Branch Managers and staff to deliver on customer finance requirements
- Being a product champion to promote the benefits of the finance products to the network Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure an enhanced customer experience with Nutrien.**What we’ll love about you**:

To be successful in this role, you will be:

- Able to travel regionally within the network with full driver’s license
- Sales and service oriented, focused on driving outcomes
- Able to deliver a high level of profitable growth
- Be able to collaborate with branch managers and staff to manage stakeholder expectations

**_There will be a large element of travel, therefore the role requires you to have a valid drivers’ licenc, and the willingness to travel._**
