**The Opportunity**:
Fast growing aged care provider and developer on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform information management including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence and project files for easy retrieval.
- Perform diary management, travel arrangements, stationary orders, timely invoice payments, typing, AMEX expenses, organisation of approvals and the provision of solid administrative secretarial support including preparation of minutes, agendas and reports.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures and controls
- Support the team to meet agreed people management (HR) timeframes, objectives and reporting.
- Act as liaison for the team and maintain an approachable, professional and helpful attitude
- Assist team in following and adopting WH&S processes and business practices.
- Project/property risk assessments
- Contractor assessment and management
- Incident reporting
- Identify and follow through with OH&S improvements (system improvements, elimination of hazards and environmental risks).

**Experience**:

- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Enthusiasm for becoming an expert in the field of legal and contracts administration.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong ability to build relationships and demonstrate empathy.
- Self-motivated and focused on working collaboratively within a team.
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Confident in verbal and written communication.
