**The Company**

This medium-sized leading franchise real estate office in the western area of Adelaide has a team of professionals that have a combined passion for property and exceptional service. With dedicated teams over residential sales and property management they cater for a diverse clientele throughout the western suburbs. This team are committed to delivering seamless real estate experiences, ensuring clients receive five star service.

**About the Role & Duties**

It's an exciting time for this team as growth has enabled them to create a residential property management role for one of their portfolios. As their new property manager you will managing a medium size portfolio of approximately 200 properties. You will be supported with an inspection manager and an assistant property manager. Duties will include:

- Monitoring properties and following up all lease expiries monthly
- Organising and supervising property maintenance
- Correspondence
- Residential Tenancy Tribunal hearings
- Advertising placing and costing
- Bond refunds

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful for this excellent opportunity you must have:

- Previous property management experience of at least 1-2 years
- Be organised, proficient and be able to work within a group of three, complementing each other's strengths
- Have a sense of mutual support - this team tackle challenges creatively, delivering outstanding results for all their clients
