Join a team of specialists in a leading law firm as an IT Risk and Compliance Officer. Work collaboratively with various teams to mitigate risks and ensure a secure environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, analyse, and manage operational risks.
- Implement strategies to prevent and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and track operational risk issues.
- Prepare and maintain risk management documentation.
- Collaborate with business units to understand concerns and offer risk mitigation support.
- Ensure compliance with vendor risk management policy.
- Develop and improve the risk and control framework.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Contribute to the enhancement of business continuity plans.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with ISO27001 or similar security frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of internal and external audit management.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in process design and documentation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Desire for continuous learning, growth, and mentoring.
