**About the role**:
An opportunity for two (2) x Educators to be part of our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Division for the Western Region Hub located in Geelong.
The Health and Wellbeing Hub is the single most significant investment in the health, safety, and wellbeing of Victoria Police employees to prevent and respond to work related injuries. Six multi-disciplinary teams, based in hubs across the state are being established, enhancing employee's mental health, injury prevention, early intervention, and recovery support. These newly created positions offer an exciting opportunity to support Victoria Police employees.

**Your duties will include**:

- Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver education and training to a range of stakeholders centred around wellbeing initiatives.
- Identify gaps in service delivery and contribute to the design of training packages in conjunction with other disciplines.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current education, training and evaluation methodologies and emerging trends through ongoing professional development.
- Coordinate and maintain a training calendar in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Collect and collate feedback from stakeholders regarding both the content and delivery of training programs and their effectiveness.

**As the successful applicant, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering a wide range of education programs to diverse audience groups and an ability to tailor content and approach appropriate to each cohort.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of education related sessions using a range of methods and principles, including the use of innovative methodologies.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills using relevant technology.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, build rapport and foster professional working relationships with a range of different stakeholders.

**Requirements and relevant information**:

- Two (2) x full-time, ongoing positions available.
- These positions are located at Geelong Police Headquarters, 1 Malop Street, Geelong.
- These positions require regular travel, applicants must hold a current Driver's Licence.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
