**About the role**:
As a Network and Unified Communication Officer, you will become pivotal in the support and operation of onsite data networks and unified communication hardware and services. Working closely with senior engineers, you will work collaboratively with ICT Operations more broadly. This includes configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimising all new and existing network and communications systems.

You'll be assigned tasks, as well as assisting the broader team, leveraging your knowledge and experience to resolve issues and deliver solutions. You will be comfortable working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical people and have the right attitude towards adopting new technologies and expanding your professional knowledge. The position requires maintaining positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

**Duties**
- Work as an onsite liaison to both senior technical staff and vendors.
- Support the Agency’s telephony and unified communications services, including video conferencing and audio-visual technologies.
- Providing support for physical network services onsite, including hardware replacements, patching, and break fix troubleshooting.
- Provide support on the M365 platform.
- Assist with asset logistic requirements, including receipt and distribution.

**Required experience/skills**
- Demonstrated minimum of 3 years' experience in ICT operations roles.
- Experience covering Infrastructure, Telephony and Networks.
- Sound understanding of ITIL best practice
- Demonstrated high level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to difficult and complex problems.
- Demonstrated high level customer service and support skills.
