Pallet Builder

Based in Melbourne’s West, our client is a leading wooden-pallet manufacturing and repair organisation, servicing all of Australia.

They are currently seeking experienced assembly / production workers, to join them on a casual basis with a view to permanency. With multiple positions available across varied shifts, however all new employees are required to work on the **Day-shift (7.00AM - 4.30)**

**Role Includes but not limited to**
- Cutting wood to size
- Assembling standard Pallets
- Making custom pallets
- Repairing pallets
- Using a nail gun
- Timber Cutting bulk and for custom orders
- Packaging materials
- Must be able to work as part of a team and Individually
- Must be able to follow Instructions
- Forklift experience and license would beneficial but not essential
- Must have drivers licence
- Must be punctual, motivated and reliable

**Key requirements**:

- Must initially be available for minimum 1-month of day-shift
- Must be physically strong
- Must have a current drivers licence and your own reliable transport
- Must have previous experience in assembling and repairing wooden pallets, or similar
- Must have experience operating power tools and air tools.
- Must possess full PPE, including steel-capped safety boots, work pants and a long-sleeve hi-visibility shirt.
- Must consent to random drug and alcohol testing onsite.
