Pallet Builder

Based in Melbourne's West, our client is a leading wooden-pallet manufacturing and repair organisation, servicing all of Australia.

They are currently seeking experienced assembly / production workers, to join them on a casual basis with a view to permanency.

With multiple positions available across varied shifts, however all new employees are required to work on the
Day-shift (7.00AM

Role Includes but not limited to

• Cutting wood to size
• Assembling standard Pallets
• Making custom pallets
• Repairing pallets
• Using a nail gun
• Timber Cutting bulk and for custom orders
• Packaging materials
• Must be able to work as part of a team and Individually
• Must be able to follow Instructions
• Forklift experience and license would beneficial but not essential
• Must have drivers licence
• Must be punctual, motivated and reliable

Key requirements:

• Must initially be available for minimum 1month of dayshift
• Must be physically strong
• Must have a current drivers licence and your own reliable transport
• Must have previous experience in assembling and repairing wooden pallets, or similar
• Must have experience operating power tools and air tools.
• Must possess full PPE, including steelcapped safety boots, work pants and a longsleeve hivisibility shirt.
• Must consent to random drug and alcohol testing onsite.
